Village Hall NewsThere have been some recent changes in the village hall organisation in order to assist in the smooth operation of the hall, as follows:
For a trial period we are changing our procedures in making enquiries about the hall. It will help if hirers try to use the following times for any viewings, bookings or queries to do with the Hiring of the Hall.
In future our Bookings Clerk will be available at the Hall each week on Tuesday and Wednesday between 2pm and 4pm.
For personal callers use the rear entrance lobby and the Bell Push on the Right hand side to call the clerk.

The Hall Caretaker, Pete Watker can be booked to assist hirers to set up or put away for their meetings – Pete is booked through the Booking Secretary when the booking is made, or via forms which are on the notice board in the front hall of the village hall. Please fill in and send to the bookings clerk.
`Designated Premises Supervisor` Larry Griffiths is our DPS, after training for and gaining his own ‘Personal Licence`. Larry will contact potential hirers to discuss their booking requirements if they wish to have ‘licensable activities`, such as music, dance, plays, films or the consumption of alcohol.
To find bookings beyond the set dates please alter the dates as required in the boxes using the same format and click "List"
VIEWING THE HALL please note arrangements MUST be made through our Bookings Clerk as we can`t have other people`s bookings interrupted.
Please note that if you require to hire the Main Hall this will also include the Front Hall.
Therefore please also check that the Front Hall is not already booked. However, if it is, all is not lost as the Front Hall booking may be able to be moved to another Hall or Room.
Please check with the Bookings Secretary to see if this is possible.
